Life

Today I was managing to delete my myspace and I remembered that I loved one of the blogs I had posted a long time ago. So, I started looking for it and by golly, I found it!  This warms my heart.

Life is like riding a bike. As the wheels of life begin to turn, we learn the basic essentials of life... TRUST the people that are pushing you from behind, have FAITH in God that he will keep you upright, CONFIDENCE in yourself that you can ride the bike, and LOVE for the the life God has given us. As we grow, we become more independent, and we throw off the training wheels and try to experience life on our own. We begin to travel down new and unexplored paths, and we get so caught up in the excitement of life that we get to where we are flying right past life. We lose focus on God, and we try to live life without him. Then all of a sudden when God puts a speed bump in the road... we have no idea what has hit us so we just lay on the pathway hurt and bleeding. Laying there we try to contemplate what happened and what went wrong, asking God why? We become angry at the speed bump for what it has done to us when the speed bump was only living its life as well. Then God sends people into our lives that help us up, and get us back on the right path in life. We realize that God was with us the whole time, and that he doesnt put anything in our life that we cannot handle. We realize that we werent ready for our training wheels to come off and we learn to stop and enjoy the life God has given us and the people he has placed in our life. The scars from the speed bumps in life only serve as reminders to never lose focus on God. God has a plan for each and everyone of us. Sometimes he puts a blindfold over our eyes and we dont know what we are to do but he does this to prepare us for whats to come. We dont need to jump the gun... but wait and prepare for what God has for us.

Dance like no one is watching & love like you've never been hurt!!!
Dont let the burdens of yesterday determine the outcome of today!!
May God open your eyes and warm your heart....just as he has mine!
